Cancellation Policy
📅 Bookings & Appointments All bookings must be made online, by phone, or via our contact form. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with your appointment details. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot, as availability may vary. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. • No-shows may also be charged a fee depending on the job type. This helps us manage our schedule and offer time slots to other customers. ⏳ Waitlist & Availability If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join our waitlist. • If a slot becomes available, we will contact you immediately • Bookings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis • We recommend confirming quickly to secure your spot Service Changes On Arrival If additional work is required beyond the original booking, we will discuss pricing and approval before proceeding.
